Me and my friend accidentally sprayed a hot tub cover with continuous spray sport sunscreen lotion. The spray left white marks all over the cover. We tried soap and water, however it did not made a dramatic change. It may be possible to continue the soap-water scrubbing process and get it clean eventually, but a faster solution would be greatly appreciated. We believe the cover to be made of leather or a leatherette material. Any ideas?
How do you remove spray sunscreen from a lhot tub cover?

You can try vinegar and water. And then scrub with that. After go back and wipe down with water, to remove any excess vinegar. You need the vinegar to cut the oil from the spray. That’s what you are seeing on the cover is the left over oils from the sunscreen That is the fastest way I know. I hope that helps you!
