if i use a moisturiser with spf 15, do i still need an spf in my make up too?

if you want more SPF in your make up get a loose powder foundation and mix it with a waterproof sunscreen, whatever SPF you want. this is also waterproof so you can have perfect skin when you go swimming too!!!
most moisturizers dont cover the whole spectrem of rays that come from the sun but sunscreen does!!!
