I have never been tanning in a tanning bed before,don’t know the first thing about it,but I am planning on going soon,I want my face to get tan,but not get older looking and leathery looking, can I use sunscreen?

As long as you only put the sunscreen on your face you most certainly can use any sunscreen in the tanning bed.
The reason why you cannot put the sunscreen on your body is because there in mineral oil in almost all tanning lotion. Mineral oil causes the tanning bed acrylics to crack much faster.
