How can I reduce/prevent wrinkles? Do facial exercises really help reduce wrinkles?

by admin on January 22, 2010

Do any of the products on the market really help to treat and prevent wrinkles? What is Q10. Are there any economical choices for wrinkle treatment? How about facial exercises? Are they effective and do you know where I can learn how to do them if they are? Thanks for your help in advance.

I use a very natural beauty regimen and most people tell me I look at least ten years younger than I really am. Here is what I do daily:
1. I never wear base make-up (really bad for the pores)
2. I only wash my face with warm water and a terry wash cloth, NEVER with soap or anything else.
3. I remove mascara and eye make-up with olive oil and a cotton pad or soft tissue, never with heavy cold creams.
4. I do not tan my skin and I make sure to wear a large brimmed hat if I am going to stay out in the sun for a long time.
5.. I eat a healthy and balanced organic diet.
6. I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
7. I slather Aloe Vera gel (very economical at $3.99 for 4 oz.) on my face, hands and throat at least once a day after washing. It not only prevents wrinkles, but is great at getting rid of fine lines quickly.
8. I use a natural lip balm containing jojoba oil and Vitamins E, A and C, which prevents aging of the lips.

I’ve tried the facial exercises, but it takes a lot of determination to stick with them for the rest of your life. They warn you in the books that the wrinkles will re-appear if you stop the exercises. If you would like to give them a try, the book Face Building is a really good resource.

CoQ10 is great stuff and is definitely worth a try. There are so many great natural products out there, and I tried many until I found what worked best for me. I hope you find what works best for you on your journey towards wrinkle-free bliss! Good luck.
